THE BEE GEES SILVER HEART TRIBUTE DINNER 24th July 2009, Palace Hotel, Manchester Variety Club is proud to announce that our highest accolade, The Variety Club Silver Heart, is to be bestowed upon recording legends The Bee Gees on the occasion of their 50th Anniversary in recognition of their outstanding contribution to the music industry. This event takes place in Manchester, the home city of The Bee Gees and will be attended by Barry Gibb CBE, Robin Gibb CBE, their mother Mrs Barbara Gibb, Maurice Gibb's wife, Yvonne as well as many celebrities from the world of entertainment. The evening will commence at 7.00 p.m. and finish at approximately 12.00 midnight and includes a sumptuous three-course dinner and wonderful entertainment. Variety Club have been helping disabled and disadvantaged children and young people for 60 years and all funds raised through this spectacular event will benefit the children of the North West of England.
